Is there a minimum age to attend?

Yes, all our events require attendees to be at least 18 years old.

Some events have an older minimum age, which will be stated in the event information on the ticket links advertise

Do I need ID to attend?

Yes, government ID (Passport or Driving License) is required to attend the events.

Is there a dress code for the events?

Generally speaking, our events do have a specific dress code, which will be detailed in the event or ticket description.

We encourage guests to look good but feel comfortable.

What time are the events?

The timings of each event are available in the event description, but most of our regular Brunch Affair events run anytime from 3pm - 11pm for aprox event duration of 6 or 7 hours.

Tickets are sold out. Will there be more available?

We typically release all tickets when we go on sale. Once tickets sell out, you can join the Waiting List (if it is available) and if tickets become available they will be offered to those in the waiting list.

I have tickets but can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds directly, however if there is a Waiting List available for the event you have tickets to, you will be able to offer your tickets to the Waiting List in the ticketing app. Provided someone in the Waiting List purchases these, you will be refunded.

When will I get my order?

At current our RunItUp Merch are not available at this time when they do become available we will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
